Hey-yo! Hope you all had a great weekend! Did you happen to catch my Drugstore Glam link-up post from Saturday? If not go check it out, there is a bunch of great affordable make-up featured from all the participating bloggers!
Well, today I have some more great drugstore products i’d like to share and this time they are from the nail category.
Im talking about Sally Hansen Insta-Dry nail polish!
You know you have a nail polish “problem” when you buy more nail polish just because you have coupons! I had probably most of all the colors in this line (from one brand or another) but these 2 stood out the most to me. I didn’t think I would really care for either, but I was wrong!
First, let me say that I really love this line partly because of the brush. Its very wide and flat which helps cover the nail more evenly, quickly and helps minimize mistakes! 🙂
Go For Gold:
Go For Gold is a beautiful copper/gold metallic. The formula is smooth and applies very even with no visible brush strokes. And true to the name, it dries pretty quickly! (Used 2 coats) $5.49 at CVS
I really wasn’t expecting to like Grape Shifter so much but WOW! Its a very pretty and fun glitter polish. It has medium purple & silver hex glitter in a base of blue microglitter shimmer. It also applies very well, the photo above is just 1 coat. The only down side to this one is that it took a long time to dry, like more than 10 minutes…for 1 coat. I can live with it though!! 🙂
Do you have any favorite drugstore nail polish brands/colors?
Thank you for reading, I hope you all have a GREAT week! XOXO, Kristina
